The structure is a four-story, 110,295-square-foot Class-A office building on two acres. Colliers notes that the building has raised flooring with electrical wiring and HVAC air distribution throughout the floors, allowing for "easy reconfiguration."

The data room's dimensions are not disclosed, but the building's floor plates measure 27,574 square feet, and the data center has a floor load of 80 pounds per square foot. Liebert DX split systems cool the data center and electrical room on the first floor, while the data closets are cooled by two Mitsubishi DX split systems.

The structure contains two York 300-ton water-cooled chillers and two Evapco cooling towers. It is equipped with two 1.5 MW diesel generators. AT&T and Lumen serve the building through two fiber entry sites.
