United States: Upstack acquires technology advisory firm PCM

Data center directory firm Upstack has acquired technology advisory firm Progressive Communications Management (PCM), which specializes in advising enterprise and midmarket organizations on cloud, network, and communications solutions. Following this acquisition, PCM co-founders Bob Matthews and David Weisenberg will join Upstack as Partners and Managing Directors.
