The campus is the result of a joint venture between Lincoln Property Company (LPC) and Harrison Street.
The 190-acre data center campus can accommodate up to 1.2 million square feet and 144MW of critical load designed specifically for hyperscalers and other major operators
The first phase of the project includes a nearly 450,000-square-foot facility that will be expandable up to 1 million square feet, and a 177,000-square foot-building.
