QTS is planning to build a data center campus in Fayetteville, Georgia. The project, known as "Project Excaliber", is expected to start construction in 2023. However the delivery of the first building has not been published.
The 615-acre site will include up to 16 buildings and 6.6 million square feet of space. The project will include 400,000 square feet of office space. QTS plans to invest up to $1 billion in the project
