In February 2018, Stream acquired a property with 157 acres of land and an existing structure that will be converted into a 418,000 square foot data center with up to 50 megawatts of power.

In October 2020, Stream commissioned the first of five 40MW data center buildings (Phoenix I.)

At launch, the building had 4.5 MWs of capacity.
