Digital Colony was rebranded as DigitalBridge in 2021.
Digital Colony is focused on investing in the next generation of digital infrastructure. The firm invests in the mobile and internet infrastructure landscape worldwide, including macro cell towers, data centers, small cell networks, and fiber networks.
The data center is conveniently located near three major business districts: Galleria, Greenway Plaza, and Downtown.
The Grand Rapids campus is designed for up to 1.8 million square feet of data center space and up to 120 megawatts (MW) of power. It features one of the most unusual data center structures in the country, the Switch Pyramid.
The site was acquired by Zayo in January 2016 from Stream Datacenters.
The first phase of the campus was completed in Q1 of 2019. The phase will consist of a 24MW capacity building, with 6MW of critical IT load fully operational on day one.

DataBank’s Pine Ridge data center is located in the technology-rich South Kansas City suburb of Overland Park. The site houses DataBank’s primary Network Operations Center (NOC) and operational support teams. With more than 12,000 sqft of raised-floor data center space, the facility houses three independent data halls and direct connectivity to multiple top-tier carriers.
he facility has access to more than 8MW of high-density power, and redundant cooling systems maintain optimal temperatures for data center equipment. Situated in a highly secure technology park, the facility is protected by a full perimeter fence encompassing the building, parking areas, loading docks, and all customer entrances.
DataBank's 400 South Akard is a seven-story property built in 1921 to house the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. In 2000 the building was renovated as a datacenter, taking advantage of security features from its use as a banking facility.
The DataBank site is part of the CODA development, a 645,000 sqft mixed-use office complex, currently under construction in Georgia Tech’s Technology Square.
The site was originally a Peer 1 site before the Cogeco acquisition.
The site use to be called 4degrees Montréal before being acquired by Vantage in December 2019. The Montréal centre is now connected to the Québec City centre via Videotron’s fibre optic network.
With proximity to ample hydroelectricity, the site has 750kW of reliable power onsite, redundant N+1 power availability 208VAC or 120VAC in 15A, 20A, 30A & 60A multiples in both single or 3-phase configurations.
The site was previously known at Openface Montreal before being acquired by Beanfield in February 2020.
DataBank’s Granite Point West Data Center is strategically located in Bluffdale, UT, minutes from downtown Salt Lake City. With a carrier-neutral design, the 95,000 sqft building has over 55,000 sqft of raised-floor space for customer equipment and offers network connectivity to multiple Tier 1 and Tier 2 providers. Diverse substations provide more than 11MW of high-density power, while redundant cooling systems maintain optimal temperatures for data center equipment.
The site at 6900 South Peoria Street in Centennial, CO is air-containment optimized and has a reflective white roof that prevents solar heat from entering the building. Inside, energy efficient “green” cooling solutions are engineered to achieve an industry-leading PUE of 1.3.
Originally built by Stream Data Centers, Zayo acquired the facility in 2017.
In January 2019 Vantage announced it acquired 50 acres outside Phoenix in Goodyear, Arizona, to build a 160MW mega-scale data center campus. Construction began in early 2019, with the first 32MW phase coming online in 2022.
The office building (which contains the data centre) is centrally located at the heart of the Penang Cybercity business district, Bayan Baru.
At full build the site will offer up to 640,000 square feet of data center shell with 450,000sqft of raised floor. The first phase is approximately 320,000 square feet of shell.

The AIMS carrier neutral data centre is situated in Telstra’s Paya Lebar Data Centre (SGCS 2) and is part of the Pacnet Enabled Network (PEN), the first Pan-Asia Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) architecture
The Vantage's long-term plan calls for four data center buildings totaling 560,000 square feet and 55 megawatts of critical load.
In 2023, Databank expanded the site from 15,000sqft and 1.2 MWs to a total of 60,000 sqft and 7.5 MWs.
The first phase, scheduled for delivery in 2021, will include 8MW of IT capacity
Located in Sagamihara, the Tokyo campus will be comprised of 300,000 square feet (28,000 square meters) and will feature three multi-story, earthquake resistant facilities.
Customers can utilize Zayos fiber and lit services to reach the Nap of the Americas

DataBank’s Downtown Salt Lake City data center is a multi-tenant colocation facility located in the heart of the downtown business district. The site is the primary carrier-hotel for the Salt Lake City area and is highly populated with a number of prominent Tier-1 and Tier-2 network providers which enter the building through multiple diverse points.
The site was formerly operated by C7 before the Databank acquisition.
The "Sterling Building" in Cleveland's Theater District is a tech-focused office building, the structure dates from 1909 and once was the home of the old Sterling Lindner department store.
DataBank’s newest Uptime Certified TIER III Data Center, and the third in the Dallas area
The Core Campus in Las Vegas, Nevada currently encompasses nine separate data centers with up to approximately 2.0 million GSF of space and up to 275 MW of 100% renewable power available to these facilities.
Databank acquired the facility in 2019 from PNC Bank in a sale-leaseback transaction. BNC Bank occupies the entire second floor.
Vantage operates a 68-acre campus with three large data centers.
DataBank’s South Lake facility is situated in the technology-rich, South Kansas City suburb of Lenexa, providing direct, on-site connectivity to several Tier 1 carriers.
Powered by two separate substations with on-site, diesel-powered generators for backup, the data center includes 6,000+ sqft of space for customer equipment and advanced cooling technology to ensure optimal operating temperatures.
Covering a total floor space of more than 42,000 square feet spread over 4 floors, the PCCW data center was opened in 2013.
The site was formerly known owned by Lightbound before being acquired in October 2019.
